REFUND POLICY
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
Change of mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you change your mind or order the wrong size, you have 7 days from the delivered date to contact us (via phone or email) We will provide you with a return address or return label to send item(s) back.
*Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Incorrect address
We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.

Order cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP (407)832-6124
If the request is made before the order has been shipped, we will cancel and refund in full. *If the order has already shipped, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your special order item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
